We are Laura, Callum, and Jasmine. Laura and Jasmine are 4th year University students, and Callum is a consultant working in London. We believe that vegan baking should be easy for everyone, so we started this company to solve that problem.
We make sure that all of our ingredients are sustainably sourced, and leave the smallest possible carbon and water footprint possible. We pack our mixes in 5kg paper bags so that we don’t have to make a trade-off between taste, food-safety, and environment.
The only allergens that our mixes contain are gluten and soya. Other allergens appear in trace amounts because the ingredients within our mixes are processed in other factories that we don't control, and therefore don't control the allergens present.
Our mixes are manufactured at a factory in the midlands. We order our ingredients to the factory ourselves. They then mix and pack the products before shipping them to our warehouse space.
Dairy farming has an enormous impact on the environment, in terms of land and water use, and methane emissions. We want to encourage a shift a) towards more plant-based lifestyles and b) towards local, low packaging shopping.
There are many reasons to go vegan. From animal welfare and ethical reasons, to environmental and health reasons. We believe that everyone on the planet needs to play their part in making sure we have something to pass onto the next generation.

Unfortunately, we had to stop selling our mixes in small packs as we couldn't use high quality ingredients and sell them for a reasonable price. We're taking a break from the small packs until we can find fully paper packaging and produce them with a profit margin.
